It’s just a bit of the first level, so no surprises that - background aside - it doesn’t look hugely different from Target; 2006. Also it’s just me playing, and the AI is being surprisingly friendly.

  1. Any plans for more feedback about when an enemy’s been defeated (have them flash maybe)?

  2. Ah, now that would be a good idea. They used a little ‘circling stars’ animation in Renegade, so I might just nick that.

  3. Maybe you should also make the music not play until after the “start of level/life” noise?

  4. I’m sure you could beat on ‘em while they were down, too. Is that little feature going to be in?

  5. Done and done; you can see/hear all these features in the level two video now. Hitting the downed bad guys is pretty tricky though; I kept getting mobbed before I could do much damage. (Although that might just be me being rubbish.)
